Precision Movement Training offers a unique movement opportunity for all levels of fitness. Our program is designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility while prioritizing the specific needs of the clients. Spinal health and posture is our main focus for office workers, as we work on creating a happy, healthy body, long-term. Dancers benefit from targeted exercises that are directly linked to movement. Targeted muscle activation and joint mobility are highly effective in increasing range of movement and improving movement quality. We are dedicated to empowering our clients through personalized training and fostering a deeper understanding of their bodies.

Sarah Hardy
Sarah is a highly dedicated coach specializing in movement optimization, strength training, and injury prevention. With a strong foundation in teaching Classical Ballet and a passion for muscle activation, Sarah brings a unique, holistic approach to fitness coaching. Combining her extensive experience in the gym with a deep understanding of human movement, Sarah focuses on enhancing performance and reducing every day pain while preventing injuries. Having overcome personal injuries, Sarah is committed to helping clients build strength, mobility, and resilience, ensuring long-term success and well-being in their fitness journey.
